Join the conversation! Our guest speaker is Assemblyman Frank Bigelow. Assemblyman Bigelow has represented California's Fifth Assembly District since 2012. Before joining the Assembly, Frank served the residents of Madera County on the Board of Supervisors for 14 years, and as a volunteer firefighter for 40 years. Frank has worked at the Ponderosa Telephone Company since 1973, rising through the ranks to his current position of Vice President. He lives in O?Neals with his wife of 35 years, Barbara.
