For some, work/life balance means setting clear boundaries with their employer—no emails after 5pm, flexible hours for family, taking vacation before it vanishes. But what if you’re not working for "the man"? What if you are the man—or woman—or person at the helm? What if it’s your vision, your drive, your baby? What if you work because you love it? How dcan you support both work and home life without sacrificing one for the other? In this talk we will rethink how we approach work-life harmony—and find solutions to align all the parts of a fulfilling life.

Lydia Richards is passionate about helping leaders discover and harness their brilliance. As an author, speaker, facilitator, and executive coach, she brings a diverse background that includes roles as a stockbroker, venture capital project manager, hospice chaplain, and pastor. This rich blend of experiences allows Lydia to empower individuals to bring their most authentic selves to work,while transforming entire organizations into fun and engaging places to work. Lydia completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and earned her master’s degree at San Francisco Theological Seminary. She is also a certified executive coach. Lydia lives in the tiny town of Meadow Vista, nestled in the foothills of Northern California's Sierra Nevada mountains, with her husband, Jon, and their dogs. They have five adult children

Our monthly business luncheon Is held at Red Hawk Casino - KOTO BUFFET, which is typically held on the third Thursday of the month. Our luncheons have a member attendance of 60 to 70 individuals. Networking begins at 11:45 am, followed by the meeting at noon. Each month, we have a new guest speaker who brings valuable insights. The chamber business luncheons provide an excellent platform to connect with other members of the business community and exchange information.
