Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Professional to join our established agency. This can be an entry level sales position for the right candidate; we require a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of sales success and a strong educational foundation. The ideal candidate will thrive on cultivating relationships, executing strategic sales plans, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients on their comprehensive risk management needs. Base salary $50,000 - $100,000 + Uncapped Commission.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Revenue Generation: Design and execute a proactive sales strategy to consistently drive new business acquisition through effective prospecting, networking, and referral cultivation.
  • Client Risk Analysis: Conduct thorough financial needs assessments and risk evaluations for clients, moving beyond standard quoting to develop and present sophisticated, tailored insurance solutions (P&C, Life, Health, etc.).
  • Portfolio Management: Build and nurture a large, loyal client base, focusing on high retention rates and maximizing organic growth through account rounding and cross-selling.
  • Compliance and Expertise: Maintain an expert-level knowledge of all relevant state regulations, industry trends, and product changes to ensure all client advice is accurate and compliant.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with agency support staff and leadership to streamline the client on boarding and service experience, ensuring maximum efficiency and client satisfaction.

Non-Negotiable Qualifications

To be considered for this professional role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Some College or Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Licensing: Active and current state-issued Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, high-performance sales experience (preferably in insurance, financial services, or a highly regulated industry).
  • Communication: Exceptional professional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Must be highly comfortable engaging with sophisticated clientele.
  • Bilingual Bonus: Candidates fluent in Spanish or another local high-demand language are strongly encouraged to apply.
