Event Description:
Tiffany Schmid was appointed as El Dorado County’s Chief Administrative Officer in June 2023, after serving
three months as Acting and Interim Chief Administrative Officer. Tiffany began her career in El Dorado County in 2014 serving as Principal Planner in the Community Development Agency, Principal Management Analyst in the Chief Administrative Office, Director of the Planning and Building Department, and most recently as the Assistant Chief Administrative Officer. Prior to coming to El Dorado County, Tiffany worked for 10 years as a Planner with the State of California for the Department of Water Resources and the Department of General Services Tiffany brings a very supportive, collaborative, and customer service-oriented approach to this challenging yet critical position. Her experience not only provides a strong and diverse professional background, but she has also lived in El Dorado County almost her entire life,
providing a unique level of understanding to this position. Tiffany received an M.A. in Anthropology from California State University, Sacramento, and a B.A. in Psychology, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from California State University, Sacramento.
Please join us for our monthly business luncheon. Hosted at Cameron Park Country Club on the Third Wednesday of the month. Typically, our member attendance is 50-70. We gather starting at 11:30 am for networking and the meeting commences at noon. There is a new guest speaker each month. The chamber business luncheons are a great opportunity to network with other members of the business community and to share and exchange information.
