Guest Speaker: Lydia Richards | CEO TeamWorks
Lydia is driven to uncover the brilliance in others. She is an author, speaker, facilitator and executive coach. She's worked as a stockbroker, and venture capital project manager. She's served as a hospice chaplain, pastor, and executive coach. This unique blend of experience enables Lydia to help people bring their brilliant selves to their work, and help them transform work teams and organizations into engaged, high performing, FUN places to work.
Lydia completed her undergraduate work at UCLA and earned her master’s degree at San Francisco Theological Seminary. She lives in the tiny town of Meadow Vista, in the foothills of Northern California's Sierra Nevada mountains, with her husband, Jon and their kids and dogs. They have five young adult children.
Our monthly business luncheon Is held at Red Hawk Casino - KOTO BUFFET, which is typically held on the third Thursday of the month. Our luncheons have a member attendance of 60 to 70 individuals. Networking begins at 11:45 am, followed by the meeting at noon. Each month, we have a new guest speaker who brings valuable insights. The chamber business luncheons provide an excellent platform to connect with other members of the business community and exchange information.
