- Salary: $16.50 - $17.50/hour
We’re looking for compassionate, driven individuals eager to inspire and empower others.
Education:
- High School Diploma, equivalent, or AA degree.
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience working collaboratively in team settings.
- Interest in supervising, leading classes, or organizing field trips.
- Familiarity with health and safety practices.
- Experience in teaching or training individuals with a positive communication style.
Required:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid California Driver’s License (Class C).
- DMV and Department of Justice clearance.

- A quick learner with the ability to follow and provide direction respectfully.
- Passion for working with and empowering individuals with diverse abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct training on skills and work behaviors to clients individually and in groups.
- Document training goals, progress, and services provided.
- Monitor and ensure that safety, quality, and client goals are consistently met.
