We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by supporting residents in daily living activities, encouraging independence, and fostering a strong sense of community.

What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with daily living skills and personal care
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals
- Provide individual and group training in semi-independent and independent living skills
- Ensure residents’ health, safety, and well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation of care, progress, and compliance with Title 22 & Title 17 regulations
- Monitor and document medication usage, behaviors, and safety-related needs
- Schedule and attend necessary medical appointments with residents
- Complete required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) in a timely manner
?? Education: High School Diploma, equivalent, or AA degree
?? Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
?? Ability to promote learning and be a positive role model
?? Certifications (or willingness to obtain within 2 years):
- DSP 1 & DSP 2
- CPR & First Aid
?? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
?? Valid CA Driver’s License (Class C) & insured personal vehicle
?? Must pass DMV & DOJ background checks
?? Negative TB test & medical clearance required
- Hiring NOW! Start part-time with potential for full-time & great benefits
- Pay Rate: $16.50/hr | $24.78/hr Overtime | $33.00/hr Double Overtime
- Location: Placerville, CA
